For the upcoming tax season, the Canada Revenue Agency wanted to demonstrate that filing taxes is required to receive the benefits and credits individuals are entitled to and that several tools are available to help them. However, people often see their taxes as a daunting task with no reward.

To address this, we developed a series of lighthearted storylines to help Canadians realize that taxes, like many mundane activities in their daily lives, can have some pretty rewarding silver linings.

This nationwide campaign was developed in English and French and broadcast on TV, out-of-home, social media, Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify. It consisted of a 30-second spot and three 15-second video ads.
